The following Town of Edgewood Road construction projects may impact traffic and road access. Be advised Traffic Fines Double in construction zones.
Nugent Road - 1 mile
Dates: Prep work Mid-November 2025 - Spring 2026; Paving in Summer 2026
DETOUR Hours: Intermittent traffic control and closures, as needed
Alternative Route: Use NM 344 to Frost Road -or- Hill Ranch Rd to Horton Rd north to Nugent Rd west to Broken Arrow north to Frost Rd.
Purpose: Construction: grading and installation of culverts, then paving (Final Phase of project)
The Town has paved 4 miles of roads between Oct. 2023 - Feb. 2026. This includes planning, water diversion/drainage/culvert installation, build-up of roadway as needed, materials, and chipseal paving. For details on completed projects, see: Roads - Past Projects.
