The Town of Edgewood Animal Control and Animal Shelter performs many daily tasks including care and shelter for impounded animals, canine and feline adoptions, and capture of stray and running-at-large animals and livestock. We conduct welfare checks, respond to calls for service, and take in animals only within the town limits of Edgewood. Additionally, our Department assists and educates members of the community to create a stable and safe environment for animals and humans alike. We seek to provide the highest quality of service, care, and information to protect both the animals and citizens of the community.
Our Animal Shelter is open 7 days a week from 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Edgewood Animal Shelter is a proud participant in the Bissell "Empty the Shelters" program. The program supports animal adoptions.
