Information Technology Specialist

Summary: Provides customer-focused, first-level technical support to end users, basic systems administration and project implementation support. Serves as the first point of contact for employees experiencing technical issues, ensuring efficient problem resolution and maintaining high user satisfaction, as well as assisting the IT director with deployment of new systems and equipment. Performs a variety of duties in the implementation, and maintenance of information systems and supporting computer hardware and software applications, including cloud-based, on-premises, and emerging technologies and performs a variety of technical tasks relative to the assigned area of responsibility with limited supervision.A completed Employment Application must be submitted in order to be considered for an open position.
