Parks & Recreation Administrator
The Town of Edgewood is looking for a candidate to fill the position of Parks & Recreation Administrator. The Parks & Recreation Administrator performs a variety of professional, administrative, general care, maintenance and hands-on work in municipal parks, open spaces and trails. Work will include planning, developing, budgeting, scheduling, and implementing parks, open space, trails and recreation programs as well as the general care and maintenance of those areas. This will be a full-time job. Desired minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in recreation, education or physical education including course work in organization and administration and some progressively responsible experience in park and recreation programs or related fields. The successful candidate will hold a valid State of New Mexico Driver’s License.
