Municipal Court

Purpose
The Municipal Court is responsible for the prosecution, trial, and disposition of:

  • motor vehicle and traffic violations
  • disorderly or petty misdemeanors
  • other municipal ordinance violations
More serious criminal offenses will be sent to the Santa Fe Magistrate Court or Santa Fe District Court in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Hours
- Court is usually scheduled on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. 
- Regular office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Fines
Fines may be paid online for those eligible. Use this link to determine if you are eligible to pay online.

Fines not eligible for online payment may be sent to the address below or may be paid in person during business hours at the Town Administrative Offices.
