ADMINISTRATOR
The Town Administrator under direction from the Governing Body maintains custody of all Town
records, serves as Secretary to the Governing Body and Financial Controller for
the Town, coordinates Town elections, manages and oversees the day-to-day
municipal operation of Town including; purchasing, human resources management
and payroll, parks and recreation, community development and planning, roadway
maintenance and code compliance

The Mayor and Town Council are elected for terms of office which are
staggered 4-year and 2-year terms.

Roger
Holden, provides assistance to Town administration, coordinates Parks and
Recreation planning activities, develops programs and projects to further the
